Here at High Peaks Design we want to make sure you're reaching every possible customer in your target audience and keeping them engaged in your brand!  

With experience in Business Management, Marketing, Web Design, Customer Acquisition and Retention, and Social Media Management, our main objective is to help small business owners create and navigate the world of Social Media, their personal brand, and how they present themselves to their target audiences.

In March of 2020 we began working with this small business to help increase their social media presence. They had an interesting dilemma, they wanted to keep their customers engaged but didn't want to grow their customer base significantly, as they were a seasonal one-man operation, and didn't want to turn people away. We decided on an organic approach with a concentration in quality and engaging content for the pre-existing audience. We will be growing their audience, but minimally. In March of 2020 we started working with Hannah to increase her social media presence, drive customers to her appointment booking site, while also building a larger and more engaged audience on her Facebook. We started off with a fresh re-branding. We updated her logo and refreshed her Facebook page. We’ve also been working on publishing COVID-19 responses to keep her customers informed with what’s going on during these uncertain times!
